I meet only a few clients per day, therefore I highly recommend you booking at least 24h in advance in order to ensure the date.
Dates must ALWAYS be confirmed AT LEAST 1 hour before, if you do not confirm the date during the previous hour, it will get automatically cancelled and you will be required to be more serious the next time you want to book.
- If you cancel our appointment on short notice or if you don’t show up, for the next appointment I will kindly ask you for a deposit in advance to book.
- Spontaneous appointments are only accepted according to my availability and the deposit won’t be refunded in case of cancellation.
- If I’m the one who cancels the appointment, the reservation payment will be saved for a future appointment or refunded, as you prefer.
